This role joins our existing sales team for an exciting 6 months and will be responsible for operationally supporting our high functioning national team of Account Managers on a day-to-day basis.
Key ResponsibilitiesPreparation of quotes, sales order entry, invoice generation and customer follow-up
Corporate Custom order workflow and process operations
Manage the maintenance and updates of the Corporate Wholesale portals and corresponding automated marketing communications
Main point of contact and project management of CWS infrastructure, digital and operational projects, systems support and subject matter expert.Outbound Corporate Sales during peak campaign periods.Corporate and Wholesale Sales Support – overflow within the existing coordinator teamCRM System expert – Customer card and product maintenance, Wholesale sales platform principal contact
Maintain product information files - generation of product submission forms for customer point of sale and inventory systems including master data, campaigns & NPD for seasonal and BAU orders.Inbound customer calls - actioning general customer responses and inbound sales opportunities
Assist with operational execution of seasonal activation plans
Assist in evolving sales opportunities and sourcing new wholesale accounts
Where necessary and required, support and cover other roles and duties within the Corporate Wholesale team
