This established window furnishing company based in the Inner West of Sydney are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team.
This role will be closely working with the Sales and Estimating teams, driving sales through engaging builders, architects, and designers during the tender stages of commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with builders, architects or designers to understand their project needs
- Assist in the preparation and delivery of sales presentations and proposals
- Support senior sales staff by scheduling appointments, preparing sales documentation, and following up on sales leads
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of the company’s product range, including features, benefits, and installation processes
- Participate in ongoing product and sales training to enhance skills and industry knowledge
- Follow up on existing quotes with clients to ensure a smooth process and address any concerns
- Help manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and objectives
Skills and Experience
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of design and aesthetics, particularly in window treatments
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to read and understand architectural plans is an advantage
- Experience with construction platforms such as Estimate One, Aconex, and Procore
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
