We are in search of a Sales & Customer Service Representative who is deeply dedicated to helping customers, boosting sales, and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The Role:
The primary goal of this role is to prioritize customer satisfaction, manage over-the-counter and phone-based retail trade sales, enquiries, and quotations, all while providing service excellence to our highly valued clients.
We seek an individual who is well-presented, self-motivated, and equipped with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Work Day Requirements:
Monday to Friday
Saturdays (bi-weekly rotation)
Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales & Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Conducting in-person and phone sales
- Cultivating customer relationships and fostering development
- Handling a high volume of customer enquiries
- Preparing and processing of customer quotations, sales orders, invoicing, and customer payments, ensuring a seamless follow-up to order delivery
- Actively engaging in upselling and cross-selling
Skills & Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
- A positive and enthusiastic can-do attitude (essential)
- A friendly, professional appearance, reflecting our commitment to customer care (essential)
- Prior sales experience in a trade-related environment (not mandatory but highly advantageous)
- Exceptional Customer Service skills (highly desirable)
- Previous experience in the building and landscape industry (ideal, but not required)
