As we expand into these new markets, we're looking for a hunter who can pave the way, generate leads, and become a market expert.Here is a little window into our company: Forms Express was acquired by Valsoft and now operates under the Aspire Software portfolio. Aspire Software, the operational arm of Valsoft Corp, operates and manages Valsoft’s global portfolio of wholly owned software companies, providing mission-critical solutions across multiple verticals. By implementing industry best practices, Aspire delivers a time-sensitive integration process, and the operation of a decentralized model has allowed it to become a hub for creating rapid growth by reinvesting in its portfolio.The successful candidate will be based anywhere within commutable distance of our office in Geelong, Victoria, working in an on-site work model!Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Exploration: Dive deep into the education and Strata Billing sectors to identify potential clients and understand their payment needs
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various strategies, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling, to generate qualified leads
  • Market Expertise: Quickly become a subject matter expert in our payment solutions and how they can benefit educational institutions and strata management
  • Collaborative Sales Efforts: Work closely with our Head of Sales to transition generated leads into the sales pipeline for closing
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain and update an organized pipeline of potential clients and follow up diligently to keep leads warm
  • Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets
  • Customer Engagement: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets
What We’re Looking For:
  • Sales Hunter Mentality: A self-starter with a proven track record of finding and creating sales opportunities in new markets
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions clearly and persuasively
  • Market Knowledge: Experience in the education or Strata Billing sectors is a plus, but a quick learner with a passion for these industries is essential
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media for lead generation
  • Goal-Oriented: A relentless focus on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments to achieve common goals
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Australia
