Job Summary:
Solera is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business leads, developing customer relationships, and closing sales deals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate new leads and qualify prospects
- Build and nurture customer relationships through regular follow-ups and effective communication
- Understand customer needs and provide suitable product or service solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to meet individual and team targets
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to identify new sales opportunities
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team events to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
- Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to optimize sales efforts and enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or a similar role within the vehicle repair industry
- In-depth knowledge of the vehicle repair industry, including understanding of industry trends, products, and services
- Familiarity with vehicle repair terminology, processes, and common challenges faced by customers
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with professionals in the vehicle repair industry
- Experience working with auto body shops, collision centres, or automotive service providers is highly desirable
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles within the vehicle repair industry is highly desirable
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
