Responsibilities:
- Design and Implement Your Individual Business Plan: Craft a strategic plan to maximize lead generation and new business opportunities. Leverage your creativity and market insights to drive results.
- Proactive Lead Generation: Identify and engage new prospects by making outbound calls daily to qualified leads into their database.
- Client Relationship Building: Develop strong rapport with existing and potential clients. Understand their unique needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- CRM Management: Utilize their internal CRM system effectively to manage the sales process, track interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Demonstrate expertise in managing the entire sales pipeline, from initial contact to successful closure.
- Consultative Selling: Apply consultative selling techniques to maximize sales for travel programs. Understand client pain points and offer tailored solutions.
- Effective Communication: Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams and external stakeholders, including prospects, clients, and partners.
- Exceed Targets: Set ambitious annual sales targets and consistently surpass them.
