As we expand, we seek a Salesperson who will play a vital role in driving business development, specifically through cold calling and relationship building.
Responsibilities:
As a Salesperson at birds eye media, you will be responsible for business development, including cold calling and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting cold calls to prospective clients to introduce birds eye media services and generate new business opportunities.
- Appointment setting
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Appointment Setting.
- Actively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target markets and industries.
- Collaborating closely with the team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closure.
- Keeping accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and revenue forecasts.
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, we are seeking candidates who possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or business development, with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong client relationships.
- Genuine passion for sales and the ability to convey enthusiasm and conviction in promoting birds eye media services.
- Strong cold calling and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively overcome objections and close deals.
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Self-motivation and a target-driven mindset, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Remuneration:
This position is a contract with ABN or a part-time contract offered.
There is a generous commission structure on top of the hourly rate.
