*Your Role:*
As a Fitness Sales and Retention Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, nurturing client relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Maintaining in-depth product knowledge and educating clients. We provide training.
- Generating and tracking leads for business expansion, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
- Scheduling and conducting free trials for prospects to close the sale. We provide training.
- Managing client renewals by maintaining relationships with existing clients, making the renewal process as seamless as possible.
- Providing outstanding client support by following up and promptly resolving inquiries
- As the primary point of contact for both new and existing clients ( email, phone, or in-person meetings), exemplify excellence in clinic reception or over the phone. This member-facing role is tailored to elevate every visit, be it when visiting a client or during free trials for new clients.
- Working closely with trainers, administration, and all relevant areas to ensure client satisfaction and Retention, tailoring client’s journey when specific needs arise.
- Monitor sales metrics meticulously and continuously refine strategies based on outcomes and market trends.
- Representing Intense Health principles and leading by example, being passionate about what you do!
- Advocate our sales process with enthusiasm, leading by example to elevate the confidence and performance of the entire team (administrative staff, trainers), focusing on client retention. Provide constructive feedback to support continuous growth and help the team to realize their full potential.
- To deliver honest, constructive feedback regularly to support all team members (from admin and trainers department) in achieving their potential and challenging them on a daily basis
- Big focus on driving new member Sales and retaining existing members to grow business
- Implement innovative strategies to boost lead generation both internally and externally while concurrently building up key relationships with local businesses to foster the evolution of impactful local partnerships.
- Deliver consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation at all times whenever in the clinics
*Requirements:*
We're looking for candidates with:
- Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sales experience, skilled in consultative selling, and client management skills
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in a fitness-related field or possess Cert III and Cert IV in fitness; nutrition certification preferred but not required; personal trainer and or coaching background desirable but not essential.
- Previous experience as a gym/club/studio manager is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Understanding of a Service-Related maintenance business would be ideal
- Exhibit a passion for health, fitness, and wellness.
- Be flexible in working hours and locations, including weekends, to support business needs.

*What We Offer:*
Joining Intense Health means becoming part of a high-performing team dedicated to changing lives through exercise and nutrition. We offer:
- Competitive remuneration package $38 per hour (full-time position 40 hours of work per week.
- Afternoon shifts between the 12 pm to 8 pm time range (TBD), Monday to Friday and Saturdays 11 am to 4 pm
- Potential for a full-time contract. Casual contract at the start for the first 6 months.
- + Super + Commission for achieving fortnightly KPIs (on new sales plus retention (membership renewals)
