Australian Instrument Services (AIS), part of the Precision Tools & Technology Group - www.precisiontt.com.au , is seeking a skilled and detailed orientated Sales professional to join our team. Reporting to the Division Manager, your key focus will be the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase the market share of our Microscopy and Scientific product range. You will work in close collaboration with the sales and marketing leaders to drive profitable growth of the business - as well as foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, problem solving, and sales success.
The Role
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to ensure continued commercial success of the Scientific division across Australia and New Zealand
Achieve operational objectives including customer satisfaction, team engagement, sales and profit targets
Work collaboratively with global and local cross functional teams to deliver on short- and long-term company objectives
Collaborate with Dealers and Corporate Account Managers to ensure leverage of breadth of Motic’ portfolio to grow the overall business and increase market.
Maintain a high level of understanding of market dynamics through participation in medical and industry conventions, review of clinical journals and HCP interactions, and share this information with sales and marketing.
Previous exposure to ISO17025 quality systems, and the requirements associated with NATA endorsed calibrations would be viewed favourably, as would solid customer facing experience.
The role is based at Wantirna South, however there is a requirement for national travel.

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, technical science, or a related business discipline;
