We've partnered with an Australian owned and operated packaging business who has recently invested in state of the art machinery to increase manufacturing capabilities at their site and who are now, ready to for a Sate Sales Manager to drive sales and lead from the front.
MUST COME FROM A PACKAGING BACKGROUND.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and execute strategies & initiatives to drive sales across the state.
- Manage the P&L and Budget for Vic as well as staying informed with industry news and trends.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand Key Accounts.
- Bring your industry knowledge and leadership skills to coach, develop and mentor the Vic field sales team.
- Drive a collaborative, supportive and driven culture.
- Lead contract negotiations with key clients to ensure favourable outcomes for all parties.
- Background in flexible and/or extrusion packaging within a Key Account or State Leader role.
- Track record of driving sales & new business, leading tenders, negotiations and trading terms coupled with excellent customer engagement skills.
- You lead from the front, are hands-on and can work in a fast moving environment.
