The NGO Training Centre is an innovative, industry leading online training institute based in Queensland, Australia. We currently offer online professional training for the Australian Disability Sector, with training solutions for all levels of employee, from disability support workers to Executive. We are a fast growing organisation with a 230% growth year on year.

About The Role

This position is a crucial part of our growth plan. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and offering great customer experience. You will be well supported to achieve this important goal.

This position includes a broad scope of sales activities. These include: 

  • Developing an in-depth knowledge of our products and value proposition
  • Identifying potential new customer opportunities through both cold and warm lead generation
  • Holding prospective customer meetings (both virtual meetings and face-to-face meetings)
  • Managing your leads in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System
  • Increasing our customer base through successful sales
  • Practicing excellent customer service
  • Providing regular reporting of pipeline and accurate forecasts
  • Contributing to New Ideas register
  • Following our Sales and Customer Experience Process

Essential Requirements 

  • Strong B2B Customer Service Experience ~ min 5 years
  • Strong Emotional Intelligence, ability to understand and relate to people easily
  • Passionate about the human services sector

  • Professional experience essential ~ min 5 years
  • Professional presentation
