Chandler Personnel is a dynamic recruitment business specializing in temp/ permanent staffing and software solutions.
With our client base growing and expanding across the country so is our internal team within Chandler. This has increased the workload for our existing team and has created a requirement for multiple positions within the team.
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our Blue Collar and White Collar division. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager You'll be given every support you need to win business and to be successful in the role.
Duties and Responsibilities:- Manage an assigned portfolio of existing clients and develop and nurture relationships
- Maintain and update company CRM System with all sales activity and details
- Pipeline potential sales leads and follow up according to timeframes
- Chase up warm leads and follow up on inbound leads
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and existing clients
- Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
- Work with the operations team to ensure that client requirements are met
- Stakeholder management
- Source, screen, and interview relevant candidates
- Assist the recruitment team in filling staff requests
- Administrative and other ad-hoc recruitment duties
Skills and Experience:
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- SAAS or Traditional software sales experience is not required but highly regarded
- Previous experience within sales and recruitment agency is highly regarded
- Ability to professionally engage with clients and candidates
- Ability to engage with all types of stakeholders of the business
- Self-motivation and strong attention to detail
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Ambition to grow within the organization
- Flexibility to work Monday-Friday 8:30 am-5:00 pm
