We are now on the hunt for a Sales Executiveto join our passionate & achievement focused team in Victoria. This role reports to our Regional Sales Manager and is based in the Albury-Wodonga region, looking after both off and on-premise customers across the surrounding area. 

In this role you will play an integral role in the continued growth of our enviable brand portfolio, selling some of the most exciting brands in the Australian and International beer, cider & seltzer market. This includes iconic brands such as Furphy, Tooheys, Heineken, Guinness, Stone & Wood, White Claw and Little Creatures to name just a few! 
 

 What does a day in the life of a Lion Sales Executive look like?
•    You will work with our established on & off-premise customers, creating innovative strategies that range from account planning to in-store merchandising, promotional planning and execution with the goal of getting more of our brands into consumers hand
•    You will travel to our customer venues to fully engage and get to know their needs to service and best support them
•    You will be an absolute brand and company advocate – delivering growth through on-point and determined brand execution
•    Work with and collaborate effectively as a part of the wider Sales and Marketing Team
•    Always be on the hunt for potential growth and development opportunities within current and new customers
 
What are we looking for?
•    Customer and consumer obsessed individual, you’ll be driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships
•    Sales experience: While not essential, you may come from a FMCG, retail, hospitality or even recruitment or pharmaceuticals background – whichever this may be, you are motivated to partner our customers and have a drive for results for our customers and Lion
•    A proactive attitude and fearlessness in pursuing business opportunities. You should be comfortable with actively seeking out prospects and embracing each day with unwavering enthusiasm. 
•    Accountability. You keep your promises and deliver on your commitments
•    A full, clean drivers’ licence, as well as the ability to work in AUS on a perm basis
