EXECUTIVE PROFILE
- Highly motivated individual who is focused on achieving excellence & is not prepared to accept mediocrity
- Has prior experience in hairdressing with an aptitude for ‘UP’-selling
- Is proficient with social media, numbers + working off an iPad
- Is capable of conducting small scale training hubs with salon staff
- Has a sound and reliable car, a current driver's license and a wardrobe that is ‘on trend’
- A person who is able to motivate others, who sees rejection as opportunity and can work independently
