About the role:
We are seeking a pro-active Sales & Field Executive to join our Pharmacy team.
This role is Part Time (22.5hrs) ideally worked across 4 days Monday to Thursday.
This role will be a key liaison with brokers and the Pharmacy Sales team to provide wholesale support, reporting and administration duties involving relationships, report writing and analysis and addressing various inquiries.
Working in this diverse role Sales & Field Executive weeks would include the following:
- Provide support to brokers.
- Provide support to wholesales through communication on queries.
- Develop cycle deck, deals and priorities.
- Prepare and liaise with trade marketer on creative briefs.
- Maintain and update relevant business documents.
- Process invoices.
- Provide day to day administration support to Pharmacy team.
Ideally you will have:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working within FMCG environment, ideally in Pharmacy.
- Highly motivated, proactive and result focused with the ability to work with a high level of autonomy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
- Experience using and reporting on Sales data such as IRI.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills to complete tasks such as pivot tables & vlook up.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
