About the Role

Are you a persuasive and customer-focused sales professional looking for a rewarding opportunity to join a leading self - storage company? Rent a Space Self Storage is experiencing growth and seeking Inbound Phone Sales Consultants to join our high performing team.

Working hours: 

• Casual shifts available Monday to Friday
• Shift hours vary from 8.00am - 4.30pm, 8.30am - 5pm, 9.00am - 5.30pm and 9.30am - 6.00pm

What you will bring to the role:

• Proven experience in phone sales or telemarketing.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPI’s.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.
• Attention to detail when providing information to customers  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using CRM software.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities of this role are to engage with potential clients over the phone, understand their storage needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your ability to build rapport, provide information, and close sales will be crucial to your success in this role. 

• Manage INBOUND sales calls, following up and converting leads (no cold calling)
• Online chat with potential customers through our chat platform
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate storage solutions.
• Provide accurate quotes and detailed information about our services.
• Collaborate with the sales and in store teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
• General administration duties
