The Sales Leader role is a senior leadership position at Compare the Market and is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the Home Loans team, ensuring efficient operations, and driving business growth.
This role is also responsible for the operational functions and activities of the business vertical, and team, to ensure the goals of the individuals and business are fully supported.
The processes under which the team operates are paramount to its success. Accordingly, the Sales Leader must strive for best practice, continual process review and improvements to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the vertical; while delivering the best possible customer experience, staff job satisfaction, and the development of a career path and learning opportunities for the team.
