Our ClientOur client is a Top-tier Commercial / Industrial Property agency dominating in the Western Suburbs of Sydney. Well established and highly successful, the business has 40 – 45 staff, transacts over 300 properties p.a. and has strong tech and systems in place to help make their team roles easier.A values-based business, they have created an incredible environment for their team which includes weekly training & upskilling and career pathways to Directorship!Duties:Working as a team alongside another Sales & Leasing Assistant, some of your tasks will include:

• Supporting a team of 12 negotiators with their administrators
• Drafting advice and letters for property sales and leases
• Document & file management and scanning
• Preparing proposals and undertaking research
• Booking Auctions and updating calendars

Specific requirements:

• Previous experience in an Admin or support role
• Ability to use Microsoft Office products and InDesign preferred
• Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic
• A desire to be in Real Estate as a career would be an advantage
• Live within an easy commute of Parramatta
