The Opportunity:
Become a key resource as an Executive Assistant and Leasing Coordinator to the CEO, of one of the largest and progressive property developers on the Central Coast.

The Gibbens Group is a leading developer and property investment company operating on the Central Coast and the Hunter region. Gibbens Group has developed and invests in commercial properties ranging from office, bulky goods retail, storage, medical and financial services facilities and has a pipeline of future development and invest opportunities to feed its continued growth. To assist with this continued growth we are seeking an experienced EA to carry out the following responsibilities. Support and training will be offered from other internal Property Manager & Facility Manager
Responsibilities:
- EA duties to Director
- Diary management, booking travel and high level administrative support
- Recording of meeting minutes, issuing and filing of as requested
- Office Management
- Liase with tenants and landlords during lease renewal process
- Assist with rental reviews at the option periods of the lease
- Learn and be involved with the marketing, sales & leasing aspect
- Signage advertising management
This is a very rare role within the commercial sector giving you the opportunity to not only manage a portfolio but learn other aspects of property development. This will give you scope to grow with the young and active development group.
The Candidate:
- Previous experience in Residential or Commercial Property Management
- Immaculately presented and well groomed
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
