Due to the continued growth of the property management leasing division, we are now seeking a highly motivated and friendly property associate.
The ideal candidate for the role:
- Previous Experience in a Real Estate Office
- Driver's License
- Professional and conscientious work ethic.
- A team player with a friendly and warm personality
- Positive attitude and a high level of integrity and honesty
- Exceptional customer service and people skills
- Fantastic time management skills
- Organised, strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced environment.
- Work Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm
- Hold a current Real Estate Assistant Agent Certificate or License or be willing to work/study to obtain the Certificate.
Your key responsibilities will be but not limited to:
- Help with Managing a portfolio of properties
- Conducting entry, exit and periodic inspections.
- All aspects of residential property management
- Liaise with owners, tenants, contractors and external suppliers
- Lease renewals
- Maintenance
- Data entry and database management
- Diary management
- Processing new property appointments
