About the role
The Sales Manger will look after Queensland and South Australia and is responsible in their “adjuster” sector for driving business sales & growth, develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee projects, present product. With a concentration on Tier 1 and tier 2 clients.
Duties
- Identify opportunities to increase sales revenue through client account growth and new client acquisition.
- Regularly engage with existing customers to build high trust relationships, enabling the company to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations.
- Work closely with and communicate all projects including upcoming opportunities with the Engineering team.
- Undertake quarterly competitor market and broader industry reviews to identify opportunities to grow market share.
- Identify and execute opportunities to showcase the product suite to current and potential customers (i.e.product awareness / orientation workshops, conferences).
- Identify and lead tender submission requests.
Skills & Experience
- Excellent understanding of the commercial construction industry, the industries key players
- and markets and any current/potential JV partners or external stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously in a well-planned and organised manner.
- Experience in presentations to industry professionals.
- Self-motivated with a desire to dominate the market through exceptional customerunderstanding and service; sound commercial acumen and judgement; and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience using Microsoft Office 365 - Word, Excell, Outlook 365 & Power Point
- Ability to use various business software systems for example MS Office suite, BCI orCorelogic or Estimate One.
