An exciting and challenging role is now available for a highly driven BDM, who will be responsible for establishing, developing, and managing a network of dealers throughout Australia. This is a newly developed role, where you will be identifying potential dealer partners, negotiating agreements, providing training and support, and ensuring that dealers meet performance standards. The successful candidate will need to be a strategic thinker with strong sales acumen and excellent relationship management skills.

- Identify and evaluate potential dealers to expand the company's distribution network
- Conduct market analysis to determine the best locations for new dealerships
- Negotiate dealer agreements, including terms, conditions, and pricing structures
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers
- Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, addressing inquiries, concerns, and support needs
- Conduct regular visits to dealer locations to ensure compliance and provide support
- Monitor dealer performance against agreed-upon targets and objectives.
- Provide feedback, training and resources to help dealers achieve sales goals
- Attend industry expos, conferences and trade shows
- Ensure movement of in and outgoing stock is undertaken efficiently and effectively
- Demonstrated Business Development experience in the Mobility & Assisted Technologies industry
- Strong track record of accomplishments and sales success
- Highly personable, with the ability to quickly build relationships
- Highly driven, with the ability to consistently meet and exceed targets
- Ability to develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
- Be able to plan and manage your own appointments and schedules
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Strong commercial acumen and accountability, with the ability to analyse data and make data driven decisions
- Sound computer skills including MS Office and CRM systems
- Current drivers licence
- Be available to travel extensively throughout Australia
- MUST have full working rights in Australia
