The role:
- Driving & managing sales of specific product in NSW/ACT
- Delivering specialist product knowledge to an ever-expanding client base (intensive product training provided)
- Working with current sales team based in NSW
- Establishing strategy, pricing, marketing, and budgets with management
- Awareness, reporting, and conducting research on industry regulatory movements & competitor changes
- Attend events, conferences and meetings to promote and build the company brand
- Use of CRM system to manage the sales process and develop opportunities (Salesforce)
About you:
- Previous experience in B2B sales liaising with key decision makers (Owner's, CEO's etc.)
- Determined to achieve sales targets and excel - you are a hunter!!!
- Experience of exceeding kpi's on an ongoing basis
- Drive and determination with good organisational skills and time management
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-motivated to achieve targets
