The Role
You will be a hands-on Sales Manager overseeing a sales team across all facets of a fast-moving business encompassing leadership, people management and day-to-day operations of the sales team. You will be required to optimise the business opportunities to achieve budgets and establish strategies to realise our growth aspirations. We seek an individual with a proven experience within the direct sales industry who can exhibit strong leadership, management and sales skills.

Your Responsibilities
- Create strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Support/mentor the existing team
- Conduct daily sales meetings
- Build the team, including offsite/interstate locations.
- Assist with forecasting for annual budgets
The Ideal Candidate
Has experience of:
- Working in small or medium sized business for the last 5 years undertaking a similar role.
- Managing a sales team who sold business to business.
- Analysing the market and creating strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Coaching and mentoring the team to ensure they achieve their goals and KPI’s.
- Conduct daily sales meetings to assist the team resolve problems so they can achieve their goals.
- Building a team, including offsite/interstate locations and reporting on the team’s achievements.
- Assist with forecasting for annual budgets and looking for improvements and innovations in the sales process.
