As the Store Manager, you'll be responsible for the operational excellence of our Genesis Melbourne Showroom. This role will see you achieving store targets, exceptional customer experience and retail brand standards. You'll ensure that the store is managed, maintained, and operated at a luxury retail standard with a high attention to detail. You will coach and manage your team effectively and actively support in their development through coaching, mentoring and leadership. You will contribute to the business success by being results driven, commercially minded and taking ownership of your store.

Key Responsibilities:

• Successful operational management of the store
• Coach and mentor team members toward best business practices
• Manage studio roster to ensure appropriate store and operational coverage
• Create a modern culture encompassing personnel care, development and encouragement
• Conduct and document regular team meetings and provide ongoing product and process training
• Lead the team to provide a seamless, memorable and personalised experience for each customer to ensure optimal customer service delivery
• Support in all marketing and event activations and execute such campaigns to the expected standard
• Ability to work weekends, public holidays and out of hours as required
• Complete all business reporting at required timelines and frequency
• Responsible for monitoring and enhancing business processes for the ultimate client journey and business efficiency
• Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, this includes working closely with other team members on operational and business needs
• Manage external suppliers in line with Genesis policy and best commercial outcomes
• Provide customer prospect support including CRM Management, price/parts/accessories offering, contract consultation, general sales tasks and delivery
• Ensure a safe workplace with WHS compliance and proactive workplace safety actions
• Some travel will be required (Within VIC and Domestically)

Passionate: You have Luxury retail/Sales experience, within the automotive industry. You have knowledge of sales processes and mentoring individual and teams to success.
