About the role

Team Global Express (TGE) are seeking an ambitious and solutions driven Inbound SalesAccount Manager to join our Inside Sales team. In this role you will support all inbound channels to provide an excellent customer experience, whilst having a key focus on growing our business. These channels include phone, email, live chat and online enquiries. You will work closely with your manager, peers & other departments to ensure seamless customer support is delivered at all times. Key to your success will be your ability to work well within a team and your passion for great customer service. You will be joining a vibrant, multicultural team in a fun and professional atmosphere, working on a rotating roster Monday -Friday from 8:30am-6:00pm (7:00pm during daylight savings). What you'll do

  • Manage inbound calls, emails, live chat and online enquiries, actioning within agreed SLA's.
  • Address all customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Handle each customer interaction with empathy and resilience, adapting to diverse needs and situations.
  • Provide quotes for account holders & one-off customers.
  • Create shipments and labels for one off customers.
  • Process online payments.
  • Assess refund requests.
  • Recognise opportunities to up sell products and services at the first point of contact.
  • Identify new business opportunities from all inbound channels and create a lead in Salesforce.
  • Educate customers on how to use our online self-service platform effectively.
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with management, your peers and other departments.
  • Complete training as required, including compulsory and job related training.
