Our client is a multi-national, leading global manufacturer specialising in quality and innovative adhesive tapes is seeking a dedicated sales professional to join their progressive Company to manage the Brisbane/Gold Coast territory.

Responsibilities :

• Achieve sales & margin targets
• Management of company’s Distributor Management Program in designated Brisbane/ Gold Coast territory
• Liaise with Distributor sales teams to conduct Joint Field Work on key prospects
• Recognise key customer training needs including product features, benefits and selling
• Navigate and monitor the execution of pricing guidelines and price increases
• Manage new territory product launches

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Proven Sales Management experience
• Confident to implement effective sales strategies to maximise and increase brand awareness
• Established in targeting new business and managing existing accounts
• Understanding of the B2B market
• Well developed written and verbal communication 
• High level problem solving and analytical capabilities 
• Excellent attention to detail whilst maintaining quality 
• Be able to prioritise and time manage
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook) and competent in learning in-house software systems
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Salary: $80K plus Super (depending on experience) plus bonus structure and a car allowance

Days: Monday to Friday

Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm
