As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a passionate and driven individuals to join us as Property Sales Manager, Development Manager and Project Manager.

🏡 Property Sales Manager: Are you a natural deal closer with a passion for real estate? Join us as a Property Sales Manager and take charge of our sales efforts. We're looking for someone with exceptional communication skills, a knack for building client relationships, and a drive to exceed targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a liaison between our business and various partners, including architects, landscapers, interior designers, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless collaboration and delivery of exceptional service.
  • Utilize your strong background in marketing and social media to develop innovative marketing campaigns and strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  • Be willing to travel as needed to meet with clients, attend industry events, sales presentations and visit properties.
  • Effectively communicate with our overseas network of partners to facilitate international property transactions and expand our global reach.
  • These additional responsibilities ensure that the Property Sales Manager is not only proficient in traditional sales techniques but also adept at fostering partnerships and leveraging modern marketing tools to drive success in the real estate market.
  • Oversee all aspects of the Property Sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including property owners, buyers, and investors.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate sales team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to create compelling campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate property viewings and open houses, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for clients.
  • Negotiate sales contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favourable terms and conditions.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to Singapore Headquarters.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Property Sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market and industry regulations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a more diverse company culture.

🏢 Project Manager: Do you have a knack for overseeing projects from conception to completion? We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in managing construction and development projects, coordinating teams, and ensuring deadlines are met with precision.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Able to plan, manage and ensure smooth implementation and monitor of projects assigned from inception to completion on time and of desired quality.
  • Liaise with authorities, client, and consultant to execute the work as per specification and authority’s requirement.
  • Follow up on submission status and documentations on projects
  • To manage and oversee the civil and recovered materials work to ensure the Project Safety, environmental, quality and Programme objectives are satisfied.
  • Liaise with engineer to execute the work as per planning for the project.
  • Site supervision of contractors
  • Coordinate and supervise civil & structural works carry out by sub-contractors that is in accordance with specifications, shop drawings and method statements for the assigned site activities to meet schedule and control the quality of the work.
  • Ensure works are carried out in accordance with safety rules and relevant regulations.
  • During the defects liability period, instruct the building contractor in regard to incomplete work and of defects
  • Review shop drawings and submissions by the building contractor
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by immediate superior and/ or HOD.

The successful applicant must have:

  • Experience in organizing training initiatives for departments within the company
  • Extensive knowledge of management theory and practical applications in the workplace
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments
  • Strong understanding of business goals and standards for customer service
  • Instructional experience in a group, business setting preferred
  • Proficient using Microsoft office.
  • Ability to effectively organize and manage multiple company initiatives and encourage co-workers to do the same

📈 Development Manager: Are you a strategic thinker with a keen eye for opportunities? Sevens Group is searching for a Development Manager to spearhead our expansion initiatives. If you have a knack for identifying potential projects, negotiating deals, and driving growth, we want you on our team!

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Analyze and create project scope and milestones for several company initiatives
  • Manage the handling and assigning of daily tasks within the company
  • Hold regular meetings with all departments to ensure open communication and expectations throughout a project
  • Address customer concerns in reference to products, services rendered or employee interactions
  • Actively seek to resolve any concerns while adhering to the company policy and standards of behaviour
  • Ensure proper communication concerning changes in established milestones or challenges that may affect the outcome of a project's completion date
  • Communicate and organize with team members to increase the company's outreach
  • Create and conduct feasibility studies and programme guidelines
  • Assessing and evaluating the feasibility, suitability, and potential of each site.
  • Create and manage project feasibility, including managing budgets and cashflows accurately.

The successful applicant must have:
