The Role:
Reporting into the Group Sales Manager, you will be joining a sales team that focuses on servicing an existing customer base as well as looking at expansion opportunities with the right customers. You will establish and maintain a close working relationship with your customer base, mostly in the dairy industry, providing them production and nutritional advice where possible, aimed at partnering with them for long term mutual benefit.
The Person:
The successful candidate will have a close affinity for the dairy industry, experience partnering with farming customers and have the relevant sales knowledge to manage an existing territory. You will have a passion for working with people and will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be comfortable in a sales-based role, including taking and processing customer orders. You will have a high level of self-motivation, strong time management and organisational skills and be comfortable working in a role that may require out of hours consultation or customer support.
