The Role
We are currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our Victorian team. This is an exciting opportunity within the electrical industry where you will be actively selling UPS, batteries and associated products to both new and existing clients. Not only that - you'll also play a key part in shaping the future direction of our sales initiatives and contributing to the ongoing success of our dynamic team. Experience in the industrial/electrical industries is essential for this position.
Your responsibilities:
- Working closely with the National Sales Manager.
- Identify, qualify and close sales opportunities.
- Actively build the company’s clientele.
- Maintain internal relationships with existing clients.
- Create quotes and enter orders as needed.
- Manage incoming/outbound calls and emails.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gain lead insight, perform sales forecasting, account planning and other related sales tasks to grow the business profitably.
- Assist other sales team members in closing sales.
- Willingness to travel across the region.
Our requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience within the electrical industry.
- Demonstrated experience working in technical sales.
- Have an understanding of Sure Power’s services.
- Ability to assess customer needs relative to Sure Power’s products.
- Can work either independently or within a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Experience with simPRO is preferred but not essential.
