On the heels of market expansion and growth, Resonate is hiring a Sales Manager to accelerate its Go-To-Market efforts. Resonate is an Australian B2B SaaS Scale-up that has an enterprise Customer Experience (CX) platform (SaaS). The Resonate Voice of Customer and Voice of Employee platform leverages the latest technology including AI, machine learning, text analytics, data visualization, etc. to deliver actionable insights to leading companies. The company has a range of flagship customers and growing brand recognition in the space.

As a leading member of the sales organisation you will be joining an exceptional leadership team at a fast growing enterprise SaaS company. This is a tremendous opportunity for an innovative sales leader to unleash their entrepreneurial spirit and contribute to building the next great Australian enterprise software company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will take the lead responsibility for revenue generation and customer acquisition.
  • Close deals to gain a personal understanding of the buyer, the problem we’re solving and the value Resonate delivers.
  • Build on and lead a team of high-performing enterprise sales reps in a player-coach role.
  • Extend the vision and strategy for the sales organisation.
  • Recruit world class talent. Inspire, develop, coach and mentor your team.
  • Build and nurture C-level relationships across top accounts as the executive sponsor to solidify our partnership and commitment to the customer.
  • Create and manage sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes and the relevant SaaS metrics that can scale with the business.
  • Work with the management team across the business to drive growth and market expansion

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience closing complex enterprise SaaS deals.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience building, scaling and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Consistently Exceeding quota and targets
  • Proven track record of negotiating and closing complex deals.
  • Develop and successfully implement a go-to-market strategy with a target account strategy.
  • Present Resonate’s core message, capabilities, and product demo.
  • Create Sales Process for scale including best practice use of CRM and Sales Metrics
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles for complex products and solutions.
  • Comfortable in an early-stage “roll up your sleeves” startup environment.
  • Skilled at building relationships with customers and co-workers.
  • Experience in global markets and B2B SaaS an advantage.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
