Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to boost revenue, market share, and client satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a small high-performing sales and leasing team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Financial Management: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance to ensure cost-effective growth initiatives.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure all growth initiatives comply with relevant legislation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Experience: Proven track record in business growth strategy and sales, preferably within the healthcare, senior living or aged care sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present information persuasively.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a cohesive team and influence outcomes.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aged care industry regulations, funding mechanisms, and service delivery models.
