• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to boost revenue, market share, and client satisfaction.
• Market Insights: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, government agencies, and community organizations.
• Team Development: Lead and mentor a small high-performing sales and leasing team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Financial Management: Prepare budgets, financial forecasts, and monitor financial performance to ensure cost-effective growth initiatives.
• Compliance and Quality: Ensure all growth initiatives comply with relevant legislation and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

• Experience: Proven track record in business growth strategy and sales, preferably within the healthcare, senior living or aged care sector.
• Skills: Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to present information persuasively.
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a cohesive team and influence outcomes.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with aged care industry regulations, funding mechanisms, and service delivery models.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Office and CRM software.
• Values: Integrity, discretion, and a resident-first approach are essential to align with Sundale’s culture and values.
• Negotiation Skills: To articulate a compelling customer proposition.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field.
