Reporting to the General Manager of Kingsbridge Homes you will be working with a close knit team. Your main role as Sales Manager will be to drive sales and manage the overall sales strategy of the Kingsbridge Brand. This will include directly manage a team of 11 Sales Consultants. Strategically working with the Brand Marketing Manager creating a industry leading sales experience.

You will be responsible for: 

  • Developing and driving a sales strategy to reach our target market.
  • Managing the Kingsbridge sales team and driving them to reach their sales targets.
  • Analyse sales figures to determine the sales potential and monitor customer preferences.
  • Build and foster relationships with land sales agents and developers.
  • Manage and drive lead sources and implement a sales strategy to maintain a strong database
  • Conduct ongoing target market and competitor analysis
  • Own, Drive and manage Brand reputation
  • Manage the performance and effectiveness of marketing campaigns & Promotions.
  • Keeping up to date of industry trends and compelling marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of the company eDM's

Experience:

  • A passion for sales, customer satisfaction and delivering with integrity
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Experience and passion in the building industry is highly desirable with minimum 3 years Residential building experience
  • Ability to build relationships and care for others
  • A key strength in diligent & responsive customer service
  • Ability to drive new initiatives 
  • Experience in sales/customer service is a must have
  • Ability to manage, lead and inspire teams
