POSITION
The position of National Sales Manager is now available in either Sydney OR Melbourne.
The key responsibility of the position is centred on maintaining and driving sales growth throughout NSW and VIC. You will take over a sales team of 2-3 external sales professionals.
You will also have a personal impact on the performance through a hands on approach to key account management as well as strategic business development.
You will be:
- Directly responsible for the reports of all sales staff within the team
- Directly responsible for the ongoing coaching and mentoring of the sales team
- Lead from the front approach to working with new and existing high value clients
- Managing your own budget

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
To be considered for the position all candidates will need to possess the below criteria:
- Prior experience formulating strategic sales plans
- Strong related sales experience with technical knowledge within some form of technology
- Proven track record of achieving sales growth through market acquisition and strategic business development activities
Along with this experience, you must have a clear drive for success and over achievement, as well as an ability to inspire and lead a sales team with a hands on approach.
