The role is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall performance of the MetInvest business in Victoria ensuring the achievement of sales targets and the sustainability of key areas of operations.
Reporting to the General Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Manage the MetInvest business resource requirements, utilising Metricon’s resources and staff where required
- Provide strong leadership to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team and in particular develop a succession planning model for all key / critical roles

- Operationally your role will require you to work with heads of multiple departments here at Metricon Homes
- You will be required to drive sales performance through managing each element in the strategic marketing mix, including land and the traditional marketing elements: product, price, promotions, distribution and assist in the training of the support staff within the region to maximise efficiency, minimise costs and develop a highly competent and professional team
- Volume Housing Experience
- A high level of experience in dealing with overseas and local Agent networks
- Previous experience as a General Manager and or Sales/Brand Manager within the investment channel desirable
- A professional and innovative approach to creating new opportunities
- A proven track record in leading, training and coaching sales staff and support staff in focusing on agreed objectives to maximise performance; and
- Experience in implementing business strategies and achieving sales targets.
