We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead the sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding the client base. The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic sales plans, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. This position requires a results-driven individual with a passion for technology and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
· Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize their potential and drive performance.
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and promote retention.
· Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and technical support, to deliver integrated solutions that meet client needs.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and approaches.
· Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and presentations to senior management.
Key Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Proven experience in sales management within the IT industry, preferably with a focus on Managed Services.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a track record of exceeding sales targets.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
· Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
