The Opportunity:
As their National Sales Manager (Optical & Pharmacy), you'll be the strategic captain piloting their continued expansion in these key markets. You'll manage a diverse portfolio of existing key accounts, forging lasting partnerships with retail partners, driving sales, and ensuring their brand shines brightly across every shelf. Partner with Head Office, buying groups and banner groups for outstanding commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities:
- Chart the course to growth: Set ambitious sales targets and steer your portfolio towards exceeding them, implementing powerful sales strategies and introducing compelling new products.
- Build enduring alliances: Cultivate trust and collaboration with retail partners, acting as their advisor and champion, ensuring their success fuels the brand's overall growth.
- Command the data: Extract insights from sales data and market trends, track forecasts with precision, and use strategic analysis to optimise performance and investments.
- Navigate the retail landscape: Stay ahead of the curve by understanding the optical and pharmacy landscape, anticipating competitor moves, and charting lucrative new territories for expansion.
- Inspire and lead: Motivate and guide a team of customer service, sales reps and agents, communicate effectively across departments, and foster a collaborative spirit within the brand.
You're a perfect fit if you:
- Have a proven track record of success in national sales management, within the optical and/or pharmacy space.
- Possess strong leadership and negotiation skills, building trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Are data-driven, using insights to inform strategic decisions and drive exceptional results.
- Thrive in a dynamic environment, juggling competing priorities and navigating complex market forces.
- Are passionate about the eyewear industry and possess a deep understanding of the retail landscape.
- You have a sound understanding of forecasting, budgeting and commercial modelling.
Salary:
$120,000 - $140,000 base + Super and uncapped bonus.
