We have a high-performing sales team that sits within the top 3 offices in our region. The successful candidate in this role will be tasked with expanding on existing success by allowing sales agents to rise to the next level by removing roadblocks and leading and inspiring them.
This is an autonomous role working to implement the shared vision with the Principal. You will have access to an amazing set of resources to succeed such as generous marketing budgets, personal coaching and an already successful platform to expand on. If you have a driven personality with exceptional leadership qualities you will be given access to what you need to help the team level up.
Role Overview:
As the Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and success of the sales team across our expanding office. Your role will be to take the already high-performing team to the next level through:
- Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and inspire our sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard top talent to expand our sales team.
- Training and Development: Implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Sales Support: Provide strategic sales support to drive overall company success.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing strategies for continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following:
- Leadership experience ideally in real estate (or a similar industry)
- A track record of successful sales achievements either on a personal level or leading a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the Principal
