The Position
Due to our rapid expansion, we are seeking a seasoned State Manager to spearhead our operations. The role entails fostering new business ventures and nurturing existing client relationships across the Melbourne region.
Remuneration: $100,000 - $120,000 + Super + Car Allowance; Uncapped Commissions
In this autonomous position, you will manage a portfolio of key clients while actively pursuing new business opportunities through strategic sales initiatives, market analysis, and client engagement.

The Candidate
The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in lighting sales, complemented by a background in managing accounts and expanding business portfolios. While prior experience in interior design or architecture is advantageous, it is not mandatory. Individuals from allied industries such as furniture and flooring are also encouraged to apply. We seek a dynamic professional with a polished demeanour and an insatiable drive for sales and networking.
