With nearly 50 venues across eight brands in Australia, Aotearoa (New Zealand) and North America, our growing team is on the lookout for a passionate, professional and fun Sales & Events Administrator for our Support Office in Abbotsford, Melbourne.
THIS ROLE IS A 6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT.

What You'll Do
- Facilitate the distribution of sales / events leads to appropriate Sales & Events Coordinators
- Assist in coordinating, organising and confirming ‘finals’ for guests; final arrangements for events; final payments for events
- Process payments, including handling refund and booking transfer requests
- Maintain data integrity of sales records and guest profiles
- Provide excellent customer service in every interaction with guests and venue teams
- Manage time and tasks productively, with a high level of attention to detail
- Support the broader Sales & Events teams by keeping sales data updated and accurate
What You've Got
- Proactive, ability to work autonomously, with a sense of urgency and a positive can-do attitude
- Previous administrative experience in a high volume environment
- Natural ability to be highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks
- Proficient in email management and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise competing tasks and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Well organised planner who works well under timeline pressures.
- Proven ability to build and manage relationships with different stakeholders
- A burning desire to show what you've got and what heights you can take the business!
