Introduction
Liebherr-Australia, a leading manufacturer of mining equipment, is seeking a result driven Relationship Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for key stakeholders, developing relationships and collaborating with client and internal teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
What your day might look like:
- Strategic Partner: Create winning account plans with the Key Account Manager, focusing on equipment deliveries, contracts, and achievement of sales forecasts.
- Customer Focus: Establish, build and preserve strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders within the customers organisation, and serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Collaborate with internal teams like Customer Service and Product Development to keep our clients happy at every step.
- Service Delivery: Liaise with internal teams to ensure proper pre-and post-sales service, manage proposals, quotes, and purchase orders smoothly, ensuring contracts are followed.
- Problem Solver: Tackle contract queries head-on, keeping customer relationships strong.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct market and competitor research and analysis and turn that intel into actionable insights to support the Key Account Manager with trends and competitive bid creation.
Who You Are:
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in business management or marketing, or a related discipline, equivalent industry experience is desirable. They will have demonstrated analytical skills, particularly in database/project management, and attention to detail for preparation of quotations, tenders and proposals. Their expertise will extend to market analysis and financial planning, ensuring a comprehensive approach to delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs for mining equipment sales.
