We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in executing our sales and marketing strategies, fostering brand awareness, and driving revenue growth through our direct to consumer program.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating sales and marketing plans in alignment with company objectives including promotional activities, events, and tastings to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
- Liaise with external agencies to assist in the curation of direct communications (social media, EDMs and website) and other marketing materials.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- Analyse sales data and marketing metrics to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Support the sales team with marketing materials, customer enquiries, order processing and logistics.
- Assist with export and retail administration/coordination.
- Report to the Sales and Marketing Manager and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales and marketing initiatives.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or studying) in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the wine industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a flair for developing compelling marketing content.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing software (e.g., CRM systems, Woo commerce)
- Knowledge of the Australian wine market and distribution channels is advantageous.
