Position: Sales Merchandiser
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will plan, implement and evaluate sales and merchandising activities in your territory, building solid business partnerships with your customers so we achieve and exceed our business growth targets. Key activities include:
- Building effective business relationships with retailers in order to reach sales objectives;
- Developing and implementing effective plans to meet business objectives;
- Maximising the presence of our product portfolio addressing ranging opportunities
- Managing your own territory, working autonomously to meet your targets;
- Reviewing and analysing market and store level data to identify and implement the best sales activities.
- Merchandising activities creating effective and creative shelf displays for your territory customers and key account customers.
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong sales skills and the ability to influence;
- High learning agility with a solution-based focus;
- Strong analytical and insights skills, with a data-led decisions approach;
- The ability to work independently and be self-driven to achieve targets & objectives;
- Excellent organisational and time management skills;
- Ideally you will have t experience in FMCG
- Enthusiasm and the ability to make an impact in our territory.
Tertiary qualifications in commerce or marketing is desirable. You will also require a current driving Licence.
In terms of travel, the role may involve overnight travel up to 1 nights per month. The geographic area is Perth. We will supply product training, ongoing support and tools of trade such as Vehicle, computer, smartphone etc.
