About the opportunity
A fantastic opportunity for you to join our growing team in Perth as a Sales & Operations Administrator. Reporting to the Managing Director – ANZ, you will provide professional and efficient administrative support to the sales, operations and management teams. In addition, you will be:
- Providing friendly and professional service through phone calls, emails and responding to other general enquiries.
- Assisting with processing and maintaining open sales orders in SAP (ERP).
- Facilitating and administering the Master Data Group (MDG) for Australia, the process which supplier and customer accounts are created in SAP.
- Responsible for scanning and matching material test certification and preparing paperwork for shipping to customers, including booking of freight/shipments as required.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as ordering and taking stock of office and kitchen supplies, general filing, photocopying.
- Providing general administrative support for the management team, including travel coordination and expense administration; and
- Liaise and coordinate information with external and internal key stakeholders as required.
This role would suit a person who enjoys responsibility, hands on work and taking on tasks as they present, working independently in an office environment.
Do you have the following mixture of skills and experience?
- Previous experience in a fast-paced office/sales administration role.
- Exposure in a distribution/logistics environment within the energy, industrial and/or mining sectors is advantageous.
- SAP experience is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
- Good interpersonal skills to communicate at all levels of the organisation and other key stakeholders.
- Strong organisational skills, able to manage competing priorities, maintain attention to detail and meet deadlines.
- A positive, supportive, flexible approach and ability to work autonomously and within a group environment.
- Punctual and reliable.
