Additionally, you will provide ongoing training and support to the administrative team, fostering their development and providing assistance as needed.
About the Position:
- Be the go-to person, ensuring seamless operations for the Business Operations Manager
- Provide ongoing training, development, and support to the Sales Administration Team

The ideal candidate for this role will have:
- Previous experience in the Real Estate industry and an understanding of the local property market (desirable)
- Proven experience in managing and developing teams
- Knowledge of forecasting and goal setting/devising sales targets and bonus structures
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to communicate at all levels
