Sales Operations Manager, Oceania - TTC Tour Brands
The Role
As the Sales Operations Manager, this exciting role within the travel industry will see you reporting to the GM of Sales where you will be responsible for the Management of the Sales Operations team, servicing the Australian trade sales team and coordinating functions between sales, reservations and external partners for TTC Tour Brands Australia Contiki, Trafalgar, Insight, Luxury Gold and Costsaver.
Based out of the Bondi Junction Office, with some flexibility available, key responsibilities will include;
- Providing full support (diary management, expenses, administration, paperwork) to the Managing Director, TTC Tour Brands Oceania
- Overseeing and managing all Agent Discount requests, liaising with brand operations teams to finalise arrangements
- Management of brochure distribution, storage and ordering
- Preparation of reports and other projects as required by TTC TB leadership
- Complete ownership of the Sales Operations remit, including leadership of Partner Services Coordinator
- Act as conduit between consortia partners and sales/marketing, and between Reservations and the Sales Team
- Organisation of brand conferences and undertaking of other special projects and activities as directed by the Managing Director
- Assistance delivering administrative support to other departments within the Contiki brand as required
- Other tasks as required by the business
The Candidate
This is a great role for an established sales professional with a proven track record who demonstrates strong relationship building skills and has the ability to self-motivate and influence those around them.
Our ideal candidate will also bring;
- 3-4 years’ experience within a Reservations/Sales Support/Product role preferably within the travel industry
- Experience managing team members is highly desirable
- Demonstrated product knowledge of the TTC Tour Brands
- The ability to work in a team environment and independently together with a high degree of accuracy
- Strong skills in MS Office Suite (Excel, MS Word & PowerPoint)
- Excellent time management & communication skills (written & oral)
- Must demonstrate a strong level of confidentiality and maturity
- Working knowledge of Salesforce and Tropics reservations system would be essential
