As our Sales Operations Team Leader you will possess the following:
An understanding of Sales Operations and how efficiencies and effective controls can be applied.
Previous experience in sales, Sales Operations or compliance and the ability to manage and meet multiple targets.
Ability to think out of the box in order to deliver on timely outcomes.
Excellent stakeholder engagement.
Previous experience within a people management and development.
You will play a key role in our Sales Operations team, with responsibilities including:
Leading, coaching and developing the sales operation team to achieve performance targets in all areas.
Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Managing assurance and compliance reviews to all of sales.
Analysing sales and business analytics for forecasting and planning.
Developing sales reporting to foster continuous improvement.
focusing on sales process optimisation through our processes, people, systems and culture.
Developing and coordinating sales enablement content.
Creating and fostering a culture that delivers on customer satisfaction and revenue with timely and quality resolutions of customer inquiries.
Helping develop and execute Aussie Broadbands strategy for customer development.
Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies and programmes to capture key demographics.
