As Sales & Reception Coordinator you will work closely with the sales team members to assist them in a wide range of administrative and sales support services. From developing schedules, designing proposals to client list administration, customer data base management and running reception, this role will provide you with a diverse range of tasks and will always be interesting.
About The Role:
- Administrative support for Darwin Sales team where necessary.
- Operation of Audacity, Aircheck, MS Office software systems and maintain knowledge of systems.
- Manage material instructions, and ensure all live read scripts are forwarded to the appropriate people.
- Provide sales executives with requested items such as rates, account enquiries, pre-and post-broadcast times, post campaign reports and dubs of commercials (wav) and post-campaign reports.
- Manage our reception operation including greeting guests, answering incoming calls, and distribution of prizes.
About You:
- Previous experience within an administration role would be advantageous.
- Excellent task management and prioritization.
- Energetic and enthusiastic.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Accurate and good attention to detail.
- Capacity to operate in a fast paced environment.
