The Sales & Relationship Specialist primary focus is on facilitating the continued growth of our business through new business opportunities and elevating our existing business relationships.
We’re looking for a professional who can facilitate:
- Sales Strategy and Plan: Growth focused on new business opportunities through new prospects and proactive client engagement.
- Customer Relationship: Building and enhancing relationships with our existing clients and partners through identifying potential opportunities for increased service offering and increasing revenue
- Customer delivery and engagement: Working across the organisation to ensure Access Mercantile is meeting client requirements and expectations. Attending customer engagement meetings, showcasing our performance through reporting and analytics to provide our clients with useful insights.
- Stakeholder management: As a key contact within and outside our organisation, you will foster collaborative relationships with individuals across all levels.

You will have:
- Proven sales and business development skills to proactively develop new and existing client relationships
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including giving presentations/pitches, both onsite and online, showcasing our performance and our abilities. Your ability to communicate, influence and negotiate will be key to success in this role.
- Ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and problems
- Energy and confidence, and uses initiative to find the best solutions for our clients
- Hands-on, practical problem solving and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes
- Strong personal ambition and the drive to win, to ensure that we achieve our ambitious goals
- B2B sales experience highly desirable, as well as an understanding of finance/collections.
