We are working with a well established company in operation for over 40 years, which supplies mobility aid and rehab equipment to retail customers, aged care facilities, disability services and hospitals.
Responsibilities:
- A business development role with mixed responsibility to engage existing customer relationships and proactively pursue engagement with new customers (doctors, occupational therapists and in home carers etc.).
- Proactive outbound lead generation and appointment setting
- Cold calling, Linkedin/database building, On the road appointment setting.
- Identifying and driving opportunities with prospective clients by creating relationships with key decision makers in public health across Victoria
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- New business sales experience/outbound sales & lead generation experience
- Experience in solution-based selling, ideally within healthcare, aged care or retail.
- Ability to effectively build rapport and relationships.
- Demonstrated lead generation experience including cold calling, online outbound prospecting, building sales campaigns, and successful appointment setting
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Motivated, passionate, and results focused.
- Proactive attitude with a friendly and professional demeanour.
